Excellent book describing the medicinal properties of most plants and vegetables used in kitchen. I particularly like the index of some ailments indicating for each one of them, which plant(s)/vegetable(s) can be used.

Beautiful big book. A decent volume of history, information and guidance in ailments and uses within. It will stay on my bookshelf as an almanac of wisdom.

Love this book. It has very useful information about plants and what they do for you. It’s going to be my go to book before conventional meds.

Every bit as good as their Hedgerow Medicine book, using commonly found items in the kitchen. A pleasure to dip into for a read and excellent advice and recipes for various ailments, well worth the money.

Every now and again I find a book I can't live without and Kitchen Medicine is one of those books. It's well written and easy to follow, packed full of useful information. If you've ever fancied learning practical ways to improve your health and heal yourself this is a great place to start. It's turned my drab spice rack into a wonderland of possibilities.

Brilliantly laid out so one can go straight to the recipes - which are so clearly set out they are easy to follow and create great medicinal food. Stunning photography, loads of colourful beautiful photos, showing nature up close. … I could go on, but just get the book if you are interested in tasty food that helps you out! I'm saving up to buy their other books. … Fabulous size too – not a pokey small thing, nor a massive A3. All in all, absolutely perfect and what a great gift. ... I gave one to my adult 'kids'.
